FIELD: medical techniques, particularly, methods of supply of gas to body cavities for building up and maintaining of excessive pressure in body cavities. SUBSTANCE: volumetric rate of gas is additionally regulated with the help of electric control member by signal corresponding to measured volumetric rate which is compared with value set in conditions of initial filling and in subsequent pressure drop in rising from 1 to 15 l/min. In so doing, optimal volumetric rate corresponding to those restoring intracavitary pressure in its drop. Under conditions of maintenance of intracavitary pressure, working volumetric rate is determined depending on rate of said pressure drop and optimal volumetric rate. EFFECT: higher accuracy in maintenance of intracavitary pressure due to taking into account of pressure losses along gas supply route. 3 cl, 2 dwg
