FIELD: shipbuilding; submarine ships breaking ice cover by resonance flexural gravitational waves. SUBSTANCE: ship's speed is reduced after excitation of resonance flexural gravitational waves. At the moment when first (behind ship's stern) trough of flexural gravitational wave reaches ship's house, ship's speed is increased to resonance level. At such maneuvering, area of rarefaction behind house will be located under wave trough, thus increasing bend of ice. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ice breaking. 2 cl, 1 dwg
