FIELD: highway engineering. SUBSTANCE: road interchange is used in erection and reconstruction of crossover junctions at different levels of highway under conditions of close city development, presence of nearby historical and architectural monuments, and miscellaneous underground service lines including subway tunnels and nearby railways and has intersection of circular and radial motorways at four levels, overpasses, tunnel-type underpass, descents, and entrances. Novelty is that tunnel-type underpass is arranged along route of circular motorway under radial highway in the course of erecting mentioned intersection; at least one descent passes all levels of intersection at different sections of its length. EFFECT: reduced labor and material consumption, scope of earth excavation; enhanced carrying capacity and safety of traffic; eliminated traffic congestions. 13 cl, 5 dwg
