FIELD: production of plastics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making of articles from plastic and composite materials and winding of long-cut composite material on mandrel in manufacture of pipes with branched-off connections of different angles, and fittings. Proposed device has spreading rod on one end of which receiving member is installed and on other end, spreading member is mounted. Receiving and spreading members are made either in form of ribbed shaft with comb or in form of yoke with comb. Ball joint is mounted in middle of spreading rod. Ball joint is connected with reciprocation drive by means of rod. Reciprocation drive includes rack and gear wheel. Angle displacement handwheel is mounted on arm of spreading rod between ball joint and spreading member. Curved mandrel is installed before spreading rod.
