FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: plate containing fine sorbent layer and substrate is distinguished by that (i) sorption layer is amorphous tungsten trioxide film with homogenous structure or structure varying along plate, which is prepared by thermal spraying in vacuum, and (b) substrate is plate made from IR transparent material or metallic mirror. Plate is manufactured by applying sorption layer onto substrate and characterized by this procedure is accomplished by thermally spraying tungsten trioxide in vacuum at fixed spraying angle within a range 0-80 deg. or at spraying angle varied between 0 and 80 deg.
