FIELD: test of state of substance. SUBSTANCE: parameters of electron oscillatory spectra of impurity centers are determined for diagnostics of stages of formation of crystal lattice in amorphous substance, change of relative intensity of spectrum is observed and decision is made on emergence of seeds of crystalline phase by appearance of phononfree lines, appearance of phonon wing with energy 1-10 cm-1 indicates emergence of short-range order of structure of new phase ( first coordination sphere ), appearance of phonon wing with energy 10-100 cm-1 demonstrates presence of second coordination sphere, appearance of phonon wing with energy 100 cm-1 and above indicates formation of long-range order of crystalline phase.
