FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves using luminous radiation power and kinetic energy of abrasive particles induced by the radiation. Substances of the abrasive particle or substances of shells containing these particles have high irradiating luminous flow absorption coefficient. Particle exposure time and luminous power density in the treatment zone cause rapid evaporation of a part of particle volume or absorbing particle shell. The device has reservoir containing the abrasive particles, means for delivering luminous flow and abrasive particles to the treatment zone.
