FIELD: underwater mining of grounds with the help of dredgers, mainly, coal slimes and nonferrous ores formed in settlers of concentrating mills for their secondary processing. SUBSTANCE: ground intake of suction-tube dredger has boom with carrying beam transversely secured to boom end, symmetrically to its longitudinal axis. Boom is installed for vertical turning with respect to body of suction-tube dredger. There is also a transportation-loosening mechanism in the form of tubular shaft installed in bearing unit under carrying beam and parallel to it, two screw surfaces on tubular shaft and cutting members uniformly spaced over screw perimeter, slime-deflecting shield, suction diffuser and hydraulic motor. Each cutting member has a holder radially secured and cutting surface whose one part is bent relative to the holder plane at an angle of 90 deg in direction of middle part of tubular shaft and forms shelf whose angle of bending relative to radial axis of screw surface amounts to 60 deg, and its length is less than screw surface pitch by a factor of n-1, where n is number of cutting members on one pitch. EFFECT: reduced losses of slime and resistance to mixing and transportation of pulp to suction device. 3 cl, 7 dwg
