FIELD: pumping liquids; transfer of viscous petroleum products at negative temperatures, in particular, high-viscosity and high-density liquids, contaminated liquids, liquids containing large inclusions, pasty complex media, excrements with organic residue; cleaning of reservoir bottoms. SUBSTANCE: device has working member made in the form of spring located in housing made in the form of casing. Inner cavity of working member is provided with flexible shafts, intake and drain parts of casting are flexible. Mounted in supporting bearing unit is bush having in its end section which corresponds to configuration of curvature radius of helical line of spring. Locking bolt screwed into bush keeps spring pressed to bush and has concave surface corresponding to curvature radius of spring helical line. Gasket made from soft material is laid between locking bolt and outer surface of spring. Intake portion of casing is provided with loosening unit made in the form of pins with brushes; drain portion of casing is provided with bladed wheel which are set in rotation by means of flexible shafts secured to bush of supporting bearing unit.
