FIELD: non-positive-displacement pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises working member made of a spring mounted inside the casing provided with a flexible sucking and drain sections having ports and actuator for working member. The sucking section is mounted for permitting rotation with respect to the drain section, and the ports of the sucking section are arranged from the side of the casing that faces the surface from which a spread liquid to be collected. The outer surface of the casing of the sucking section is provided with a gate valve made of rings provided with recesses parallel to the axis of the rings. The width of the recesses is equal to 1/3-1/4 of the length of the ring periphery. The end of the casing of the sucking section is mounted in rollers that can change their height with respect to the casing and rotate about their axes of rotation.
