FIELD: gravity concentration of sands of placer deposits, technogenic accumulations and ledge ores in cycle of grinding and concentration of heavy minerals. SUBSTANCE: sluice box includes frame and catching surface with riffles. Catching surface is installed for vibration relative to its longitudinal axis running through center of gravity of loaded sluice box. Catching surface is made in the form of hollow cylinder with longitudinal cutout in its lower part. Installed in longitudinal cutout is V-shaped trough with ends. One end is blind, and the other one has regulated hole. Upper and lower edges of riffles above trough are made in the form of a part of circumference with their radii corresponding to cylinder inner radius.
