FIELD: chemical industry; applicable in removal of oil products from sewage waters and ground. SUBSTANCE: plant has hopper 1 with batcher 2 and branch pipe 3 for supply of oxidized graphite with the help of carrier gas to heating chamber 4 having heating members 5, nozzle 6 for diluent gas, accumulator 7 of thermally expanded graphite, vacuum space 8 and branch pipe 9 for withdrawal of effluent gases. Located in lower part of heating chamber 4 is branch pipes 10 provided with turbulizer and designed for supply of working gas. Vacuum space 8 accommodates solid partition 11 and gas-permeable porous partition 12. Head 13 of heating chamber 4 has nozzle 6 for supply of cooling diluent gas. Recuperator 14 is installed between nozzle 6 and heating chamber 4. Lower part of vacuum space 8 is made in the form of funnel 15 from porous gas-permeable material. Device 17 for gas heating is located on working gas supply line 16. Bottom of heating chamber 4 has hatch 18 for discharge of slime, ash and unreacted particles. Working gas temperature is 830-1-3- C, and temperature of heating chamber is 940-1000 C. Bulky density of thermally expanded graphite is 4.4-8.45 kg/cu.m. Volume ratio of two-phase flow of particles of oxidized graphite powder with carrier gas to working gas is maintained from 1:7 to 1:150. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
