FIELD: oil-producing industry, particularly, methods of water shutoff in formations of producing wells and equalization of injectivity profile of injection wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of water-soluble polymer and cross-linking agent in powdery state in carrier fluid used in the form of high viscosity oil and light resin of pyrolysis, or still residue of benzene rectification in volume ratio of 9:1-1:9 with addition of dried chlorides of aluminum, iron, barium, calcium, magnesium, copper or their mixtures in amount of 0..05-0.2% for weight of fluid and 30-100% for weight of powdery water-soluble polymer.
