FIELD: wave type power plants, namely conversion of mechanical oscillation energy to shaft rotation energy. SUBSTANCE: motor includes housing in which there are arranged: inertial body, frame and ratchet pinion mounted on power take-off shaft horizontally secured to frame. First and second levers provided with dogs are mounted freely on power take-off shaft. Motor also includes third lever mounted in horizontal axle secured to frame. Inertial body is in the form of first and second wheeled platforms with weight placed outside frame. First and third levers are secured by cantilever fashion to first and second wheeled platforms respectively. Second lever is jointly connected with third lever through additional link. Frame is freely suspended in housing on second horizontal axle secured to housing with possibility of rotation around it. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of motor. 2 cl, 3 dwg
