FIELD: manufacture of polymer tubes. SUBSTANCE: polymer reinforced tube has strengthening member made in form of cellular skeleton which consist of longitudinal reinforcing rods and transversal rods wound on them and fastened at points of intersection. Cellular skeleton has second layer of transversal rods wound on first layer in opposite direction which are connected with turns of first layer at points of their intersection forming tetragonal cells. Method of manufacture of such tubes includes placing longitudinal reinforcing rods on mandrel, winding transversal reinforcing rods on them, fastening rods at points of their intersection and molding polymer envelope. Second layer of transversal rods is wound on first layer in opposite direction. Device for manufacture of such tubes includes mandrel, pulling unit, transversal rod turn layer made in form of accumulator mounted on revolving rotor installed on stationary support coaxially relative to mandrel and unit for fastening longitudinal and transversal reinforcing rods. Device is provided with layer for laying the second layer of transversal reinforcing rods mounted in succession relative to first one (in way of motion of longitudinal rods) whose accumulator is mounted on its own revolving rotor and unit for fastening the first and second layers of transversal rods; rotor of second layer laying unit is mounted on stationary support and is provided with cantilever part on which rotor of first layer laying unit is mounted; unit for fastening the first and second layers of transversal reinforcing rods is located in cantilever part.
