FIELD: manufacture of polymer pipes reinforced with strengthening framework for handling gaseous and liquid media and aggressive pulps at high pressures and temperature fluctuations. SUBSTANCE: longitudinal rods of reinforced polymer pipe are provided with fixing recesses located over spiral whose pitch corresponds to pitch of winding transversal rods of reinforcement and transversal rods of reinforcement are laid in said recesses of longitudinal rods. Prior to winding transversal rods on longitudinal rods, fixing recesses are made on their outer side; recesses are made over spiral whose pitch corresponds to pitch of winding transversal rods; transversal rods of reinforcement are laid in said recesses at tension. Device proposed for realization of this method is provided with mechanism for cutting recesses on outer side of rods of longitudinal reinforcement which is made in form of disk-type cutting members with planetary drive mounted on revolving rotor installed coaxially before transversal turn layer which is provided with tensioner.
