FIELD: piping systems for oil, gas, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic cylinder with inlet pipe on one end and flange on other. Sleeve mounted on flange above hydraulic cylinder accommodates damping spring. Inner space of sleeve communicates with atmosphere through hole provided on upper blind end of sleeve. Hydraulic cylinder accommodates set of sealing collars with rod passed through them. Upper end of rod protruding above hydraulic cylinder space terminates in supporting plate that mounts working end of spring. Proposed device is characterized in that there is no contact between liquid and spring and that thorough finish of inner cylindrical surface is unnecessary.
