FIELD: oil production industry, particularly temporary well bore plugging.

SUBSTANCE: packer is connected with pipe string 24 and comprises mandrel 2 sealed with cap 1 from below and provided with annular recess 3 and with rests 23 for sealing member 4 receiving. Installed on annular recess 3 is bush 13, which may slide along groove, which is created in annular recess 3 surface. Cones 15, 16 are installed over and under annular recess 3 of the bore 2 so that the cones may cooperate with slips 17, 18 carried by bush 13. Groove made in annular recess surface is profiled and adapted to arrange finger 14 fixedly connected to bush. Sealing member 4 is located over cone 15 between stops 23 and is made as two differently-directed self-sealing collars. Sealing member 4 position retainer 5 is made as cup connected with pipe string 24 from retainer 5 top and pressing self-sealing collars to mandrel 2 in transport position. Mounting fixer 6 connects cup with mandrel 2.

EFFECT: simplified structure and extended functional capabilities, prevention of sealing member contact with well wall during packer lowering.
