FIELD: flowmeters design to operate in fast-alternating and pulsating flows, including those carrying inhomogeneous inclusions. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes preamplifier, adjustable band-pass filter, tuning unit, two comparators, divider of measurement subranges, adder, frequency converter, reset and blocking unit and matching output stage. Tuning unit incorporates phase detector, integrator and pulse-width modulator. Subrange divider includes low-frequency filter and comparator. Rest and blocking unit has rectifier, low-frequency filter and two comparators with different activation levels. Band-pass filter is made up of adder and two identical integrators. EFFECT: invention secures generation of maximum authentic information signal for measurement instrument of flowmeter within wide range of measured flow rates under conditions of enhanced high-frequency acoustic effect even at low speeds of flow. 24 dwg
