FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves piercing anterior abdominal wall on the line connecting sciatic spines. Trocars are introduced into the abdominal cavity. Peritoneal incision is carried out from round ligament of the uterus towards pubis tunnels are created in blunt way in paravaginal fat with entrance into retropubic space. U-shaped stitches are put in on each side with vaginal wall being sutured to the pectineal ligament at the level of middle part of the urethra and urethrovesical segment. A stitch is put in through the whole vaginal wall thickness without mucous membrane involved. Ligature is introduced through the pectineal ligament on the same side. Knot is tied in extracorporal position. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
