FIELD: performing mixing and dispersing, as well as heat-exchange and mass-exchange processes, chemical reactions in homogeneous and heterogeneous systems whose main component is liquid; chemical and pharmaceutical industries; manufacture of cosmetics; food-processing, paint- and-varnish, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: disperser includes vertical cylindrical pipe where shaft with two agitators is arranged: one milling agitator fitted on lower end of shaft; distance "h" between impeller agitator and milling agitator is equal to h = 0.7-1.1 d_imp, where d_imp is diameter of impeller agitator. Diameter d_imp of impeller agitator may exceed diameter d_mill of milling agitator by 1.4 to 1.6 times. EFFECT: increased productivity of disperser. 2 cl, 4 dwg
