FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: neutralizer has cylindrical case wherein perforated sleeve-distributor of alkali reagent is received coaxially, branch pipes for supplying reagents and discharging of finished product. The sleeve-distributor has inside conical surface and outer step-cylindrical surface. The planes of the ring steps are arranged at inclination of 30-60° to longitudinal axis of the case. The outlet branch pipe is connected with a coil of alternative cross-section with multi-blade conical swirler provided inside it and outer cooling jacket. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
