FIELD: railway transport; freight, passenger, shunting diesel locomotives and electric locomotives. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of devices intended for transmission of traction forces from bogie to frame or locomotive body. Proposed device has tie-rods hinge-coupling bogie frame with locomotive body. One end of tie-rod is hinge-connected with lever whose second end is fitted on torsion shaft secured by ends in end face crossmember of bogie frame or in its sides. Lever has trunnions coaxial with torsion shaft. Trunnions of lever are secured in end face crossmember of bogie frame or in bracket installed on bogie frame. EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads in tie-rods and bogie when negotiating curved sections of track, reduced starting torque of traction motors when starting from half. 4 dwg
