FIELD: vacuum-sublimation drying of thermosensitive products, applicable in pharmaceutical, microbiological, food industries, as well as at enterprises of the agroindustrial complex. SUBSTANCE: method consists in freezing of the product, removal of vapors of water and fixed gases from the vacuum chamber, the novelty is in the fact that removal of fixed gases from the zone of sublimation is accomplished by getter adsorption with subsequent regeneration. EFFECT: enhanced depth of vacuum in the zone of sublimation in the whole volume of the drying chamber, intensified process of transfer of gaseous mixture from the product, enhanced rate of the drying process procedure. 1 cl, 2 dwg
