FIELD: vacuum sublimation drying of liquid products; chemical, pharmaceutical microbiological and food-processing industries; enterprises of agrotechnical complex. SUBSTANCE: method of continuous sublimation drying includes foaming of liquid product, applying of this product on carriers, freezing and drying together with destruction of dried layer of product; product is fed to carriers in layers at different dispersivity of each layer. Drier used for continuous sublimation drying of liquid products has housing 1 and branch pipes 3 for discharge of air and permanent gas, desublimator (not shown in the Figure), foam generator 4, power supply units 5, screen 11 and brushes for removal of dried layer of product from surfaces of carriers, conveyer 12 for removal of dried product from chamber through gate 13; carriers 8 are made in form of movable members such as wire brushes, springs, bundles or balls whose shape has developed spatial structure made for smooth distribution of heat inside product and free formation of developed foam structure, as well as heat-and-mass exchange surfaces; foam generators are located in upper portion of drying chamber in such way that product fed to carriers should not penetrate into lower portion of chamber to dry product.
