FIELD: electric drives of industrial mechanisms where motors are operating into common load. SUBSTANCE: electric drive has two induction motors with inductive reactances inserted in rotor circuits; in addition rotor circuits are interconnected through third slip-ring induction motor whose shaft mounts electromagnetic brake. Electromagnetic brake winding is supplied with power from rotor winding of one of motors through uncontrollable rectifier. Proposed drive provides for eliminating mechanical stresses caused by difference in mechanical design of parts transmitting torque from one and other motors to driven mechanism. EFFECT: provision for in-step running of motors during starting and braking periods. 1 dwg
