FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has screws having cylindrical heads, units for fixing the screws having holder casings having through and slot openings, screw holders introducible into the casing slot openings, fixing nuts, axial rods introducible into the through casing openings, cross couplers of axial rods. Slits are made in the holder casings in perpendicular to the slot openings forming yokes for the axial rods. Screw heads have flats. Units for fixing cross couplers are manufactured as yokes with fixing screws and cross-pieces. Yoke bases and of cross-piece surfaces are toothed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in fixing vertebrae; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 5 dwg
