FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has screws 1 with lateral slots 3 introduceable through arch roots of vertebrae under reposition. Central rods 9 are screwed in into central threaded holes 5 in the heads of screws 1. Two unions 12 are fitted over every central rod. Transverse and longitudinal rods 10 and 11 are movably brought through holes 13 in unions 12. After being mounted, repositioning system is formed for shifting vertebrae along the vertebral column axis, uniformly stretching and compressing anterior and posterior vertebral column regions, reclining vertebral column with anterior, posterior, lateral and rotating vertebrae dislocations, bending the vertebral column to the right and to the left in frontal plane. Reposition being over, rods 7 with circular projections 15 are introduced into lateral slots 3 for coming in engagement. Rods 7 are fixed relative to screws 1 by means of checking nuts 8 and the reposition system is removed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability in fixing vertebrae. 5 dwg
