Invention proposes the alfalfa extract-base preparation and method of its preparing. Raw treatment is carried out with a mixture of trace elements aqueous solutions and keeping extractable mixture at temperature 50 C, not above, for 60 min. Except for, method involves heat treatment of extractable mixture. Obtained preparation has stable therapeutic action and can be used as immunotropic, antioxidant, antiseptic agent and exhibiting the stabilizing effect on metabolism.
