FIELD: biotechnology, in particular production of bioactive additives from plant raw materials.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes grinding of raw materials, treating thereof with extractant containing aqueous solution of microelement salts, such as Ba, Sn, Co, Cr, V, Zn, Fe, Mn, Mo, conditioning of extracting mixture at elevated temperature and elevated pressure followed by obtained extract separation, purification and drying. Treatment with extractant is first carried out at 30-50°C for 0.3-1.0 hours. Further extracting mixture is conditioned at temperature of 110-140°C pressure of 1.4-4.5 atm for 0.6-1.2 hours. Then temperature is lowered to 100 °C and conditioning is carried out for 0.2-0.8. Also disclosed is biologically active preparation obtained by abovementioned method containing (mg/kg of plant raw materials): Ba 4.0-8.0; Sn 6.0-15.0; Co 1.6-3.5; Cr 0.10-0.49; V 0.4-0.8; Zn 300-600; Fe 400-800; Mn 5.5-8.5; Mo 0.5-5.0.
