FIELD: machine engineering, namely mechanization of handling operations at stacking piece products. SUBSTANCE: manipulator includes moving platform onto which are mounted: rotary head, actuating member and motion mechanism. Actuating member includes rocking bearing assembly, gripping device and movable counterweight with control handle. Motion mechanism is in the form of two guides arranged normally one relative to another and having end stop for limiting motion. Actuating member supports regulated bearing units. Rotary head has stationary and movable parts. Stationary parts is secured to one guide of motion mechanism; movable part is joined with jack. The last is joined with rocking bearing assembly and with regulated bearing units of actuating member. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced reliability of manipulator, improved conditions for working in hard-to-reach zones. 1 dwg
