FIELD: corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at protecting corroded surfaces of various metals and alloys before subsequent laying of lacquer coatings consisting of epoxide, acrylic, alkyd, and other materials. Grounding includes, wt parts: epoxy-4,4'- isopropylidenediphenol resin 100, glycidyl ester of phosphorus acids (additional component) 5-20, pigment 20-50, inhibitors 30-60, and amine hardener in stoichiometric proportion. EFFECT: increased adhesion of grounding to corroded steel surfaces, extended range of metals suitable to be protected, and reduced fire risk. 2 tbl
