FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is production of ferroalloys and titanium slags, which are starting materials for production of titanium. Titanium concentrates utilized are silicon-titanium and titanium-magnetite concentrates. Charge constituted by silicon-titanium and titanium-magnetite concentrates plus carbon reducing agent at ratio 1:(0.05-0.15): (0.25-0.55), respectively, is smelted in or-smelting electric oven at 1750-1850 C, and smelt is aged in oven prior to be cast. EFFECT: enabled simultaneous production of ferro-silicotitanium foundry alloy and titanium slag. 4 cl, 1 tbl
