SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has cylinder with intake valves, intake and working chambers connected by bypass valves, stepped piston and crankshaft. Engine has bypass and exhaust valves and rod rigidly coupled with piston and hinge-with crank of crankshaft. Cylinder is hinge-mounted in housing for rocking around hinge axle. Groove seals are used in stepped piston. EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of engine is operation. 2 dwg
