FIELD: hydraulic units for various industries. SUBSTANCE: radial rotary machine has oval or elliptical stator with profiled surface. Rotor mounted concentrically inside stator is rotatable around its axis. Pistons mounted in radial slots of rotor performing reciprocating motion are engageable with profiled surface of stator. Working chambers formed under pistons are connected with suction and discharge mains through end distributing passages. Each piston consists of two parts: one part is made in form of cylindrical member and other part is made in form of spherical body located in mounting surface of cylindrical member. End distributing passages formed by bow-shaped slots are located in area of working chambers with which they are connected in the course of operation by means of side holes provided with rotor. Distributing passages are made in end surfaces of housing which are engageable with respective end surfaces of rotor. Distributing suction passages are located on one side of rotor and distributing discharge passages are located on its other side; above- mentioned suction and discharge passages are mounted in pairs in opposite sectors of circle in such way that all passages form in plan one circular passage with jumpers. EFFECT: enhanced stability of operation without vibrations; simplified construction; enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 3 dwg
