FIELD: condensate removal units. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes condensate trap and float chamber with float and cover on which switching unit of exhaust valve drive fitted in drain pipe line of condensate trap is mounted; float is provided with tail-piece received by guide cover of float chamber and is engageable with switching unit. Exhaust valve is provided with hydraulic drive and its control chamber is brought into communication with gas cavity of float chamber or with surrounding medium through switching unit which consists of permanent magnet with double-acting control valve through double-arm lever and spring-loaded armature.
