FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removal and removal of condensate from gas and can be, for example, used for removal of moisture from gas supplied to burners of furnace gas boilers. Condensate discharge device, comprising a cylindrical vertical housing with a tangential inlet branch pipe located above the inlet branch pipe by an outlet pipe, float made with possibility to control switching device, valve with seat and discharge condensate from lower part of housing, tube with electric drive controlled by switching device. Housing is equipped with sensors for switching on and off connected to switching device. Before entering the housing, the inlet branch pipe is equipped with heating element. Outlet branch pipe is made horizontal with bent upward inlet inside the casing. Valve seat is installed at the inlet of the outlet branch pipe. Valve is installed inside the housing and is connected to float lever, which is made with possibility of interaction with sensors of switching on and off during closing and maximum opening of valve respectively. Outlet tube is tightly inserted from above the housing and is equipped with a vacuum pump driven by an electric drive.

EFFECT: proposed device for condensate drain simplifies its installation due to possibility of installation on surface or partially below level of surface, eliminates ingress of released condensate into outlet pipe at outlet of electrical elements of device and allows to work with flowing and fast flowing media due to use of thermal separation.
