FIELD: heat power engineering, applicable in heating apparatuses of various purpose. SUBSTANCE: the method and device make it possible to constantly maintain the conditions enabling the rise of the extreme parameters of the medium in the last stages of cumulation in the cavitating liquid in the region of cumulation of microscopic cavitation bubbles: the condition of increased mean pressure of liquid and the condition of low value of initial circulation of liquid in the environs of the bubble. The last condition is attained by provision of laminar flow by using the sources of cavitation in the form of nozzles with a low cross-sectional dimension. EFFECT: enhanced coefficient of conversion of energy supplied to the system to a heat energy (by several times). 7 cl, 6 dwg
