SUBSTANCE: contrast coating compatible with materials and processes for gas-panel manufacture is obtained due to use of insulating compound for its formation that includes in its composition easy-melting lead-borosilicate glass, silicon, chromium, and cobalt oxides, and high-melting filler; sequentially introduced in the latter are iron, copper, and zinc oxides.
