FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves adjusting high arterial blood pressure by means of physical training exercises. The physical training has both static and dynamic components to be applied in controlled way depending on age following heart beat rate to increase the applied load to submaximum level of 174-178 strokes per 1 min. Each dynamic movement is carried on during 2-4 s and each static component is of active tension nature lasting for 10-15 s, control adjustment reaches 85% of maximum load value. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; personal fitting of physical training load.
