FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating vegetative regulation disorders in children by analyzing relation binding pasympathetic activity (ΔX) and sympathetic activity (Amo) values. ΔX value being greater than 0,20±0,006 s and no Amo increase being observed, hypersympatheticotonic period of neurocirculatory dystonia is to be diagnosed. ΔX becoming greater than 0,26±0,007 s and Amo being less than 22,5±0,55 %, asympatheticotonic period of neurocirculatory dystonia is to be diagnosed when normal value is ΔX = 0,20±0,006 s and AMO = 22,5±0,55%. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of early stage diagnosis; evaluated vegetative nervous system discoordination degree. 1 tbl
