SUBSTANCE: device has a body accommodating a plate carrying a source of compensating radiation in the form of a double spiral of Archimedes made of conducting material, two light-emitting diodes connected to the spiral leads with formation of a closed circuit, storage device, whose data output lines are connected to the spiral leads, and a connector connected to the lines for input of the storage device data for setting the respective information into the storage for presetting of the protection properties. Besides, it has a dielectric base installed on a plate and coated with a layer of dielectric on the upper side, and a layer of silver - on the lower side, coated with a layer of compound. The spiral is positioned in the layer of dielectric in such a manner that the rows of its successively positioned half-turns are located in different planes parallel with the base.
