FIELD: medicine, in particular, physiotherapeutic agents used for normalization of disturbed organism functions. SUBSTANCE: agent is obtained by radiation treatment of a solid-state object manufacture of organic dielectric with a resistivity of 1015-1018 Ohm.m by an electron beam. Paraffin or colophony is used as the object. At radiation treatment of a solid-state object the energy of electrons in the beam is selected within 1 to 6 MeV. The absorbed dose of radiation is selected within 100-104 Gr. In a particular case radiation treatment of a solid-state object by an electron beam is accomplished in a package made of dielectric film, 20 to 100 μm thick with a resistivity of 1015-1018 Ohm.m. In particular cases the solid-state object is made in the form of a cylinder, 3 to 50 mm in diameter and 2 to 5 mm high, a ball, 1 to 5 mm in diameter, or a cylindrical stick with rounded-off edges, whose diameter makes up 5 to 15 mm, and the length - 20 to 50 mm.
