Process includes preliminary, main and finishing stages. Multiple averaging excludes random deviation from levels of amplitude in frequency zones creating basis of authenticity of diagnostics. Step-by-step comparison of next averaged levels of amplitude components of spectrum with renewed levels of current base signals in zones is foreseen. Process and device provide for proximate method with three gradations of diagnostics: surpassing of permissible normal and limitations, necessity of more thorough analysis of object and faultless functioning of device.
