FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: protection device is designed for preventing damage to vehicle caused by re- starting of operating engine under heavy noise conditions in streets and highways. To prevent re-starting of operating engine elements are used which play the part of antitheft device mounted directly in starting gear. Spring of antitheft device crossbar provides shifting and holding of control pin of automobile antitheft device in starting gear on additional cam level of change-over switch on which stop is made to provide protection against re-starting of operating engine of automobile. EFFECT: improved reliability of device preventing re-starting of operating engine. 6 dwg
