FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in vehicles to prevent unauthorized use or theft. It can be used in electrical system of vehicles to switch on different units and mechanisms which are connected with antitheft device. Proposed ignition lock with antitheft device has housing with removable fastening clamp enclosing fixed base member of vehicle which accommodates movable lockable part and cylindrical lock mechanism with key and spring-loaded cross bar of antitheft device arranged in two parallel planes of housing, electric switches mounted on housing, cross-bar locking mechanism, control device of electric switches containing bushing with contacts of electric switches secured on bushing which is installed for turning on cylindrical projection of housing coaxially with locking mechanism, antitheft device drive cam with rectangular cross section slot, and pin on cross-bar of antitheft device part of which is located in drive cam slot. Novelty is that electric switch control device is additionally provided with handle fixed on bushing. Bushing is loaded by torsional spring relative to housing, being furnished with handle position lock defining position of handle relative to housing and made in form of spring-loaded pin fitted in blind hole on housing end face pointed to handle and interacting with conical sockets made in arc-shaped slots on end face of bushing of electric switch control device. Module to interlock electric switch control handle when cross-bar in operating position contains spring-loaded cylindrical pin with taper end and two ring grooves of different depth, and ball fitted in hole of housing made in place of pin location radially to axis of cam for interacting with ring grooves of cylindrical pin from one side, and shaped recess of variable depth made on cylindrical surface of antitheft device drive cam at diametrically opposite side of ball. Cylindrical pin is installed in blind hole made additionally in end face of housing pointed to handle for interacting by taper end with through hole made on end face of electric switch control device bushing adjoining the housing. Pin of cross-bar is spring-loaded and installed in bushing press-fitted in hole of cross-bar. Part of bushing projecting from cross-bar gets into shaped slot on cam surface. Shaped slot on cam is made with variable width along generating cylindrical surface of cam and is provided with two grooves of rectangular cross section with sections of stepless reduction of depth to zero for mating with end of cross-bar pin in different positions of pin. One of grooves is made along circumference of cylindrical surface through entire length of slot and is provided with turn to section of stepless reduction of depth corresponding to moved off position of cross-bar located along generating cylindrical surface of cam.
EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, provision of operation of device without use of key of locking device.
