FIELD: power engineering; high-voltage switching devices. SUBSTANCE: disconnecting switch has frame mounting fixed insulators with contacts and also contact-blade operating- mechanism shaft. Contact blade is built up of two parts. Its operating mechanism also has movable insulator and control rod hinged to contact blade and insulator. Control rod is linked with insulator so that its angle of turn is strictly limited either side to about 45 deg. Control rod is coupled with insulator on one or both sides through spring-loaded joint with the result that blade tends to go away from insulator. Butt end of control rod on insulator side is provided with wedge-shaped plate having ridges on two sides. Disconnecting switch is set in motion by means of operating mechanism through links. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of ice removal from points where blade contacts fixed contact member. 2 dwg
