FIELD: heat-sensing devices including overtemperature alarms. SUBSTANCE: heat-sensing element of switch made of alloy featuring shape memory effect is made in the form of curvilinear figure. Perforated cover of device has segment-shaped bulge with rib at its highest point on underside that supports open ends of heat-sensing element; movable contact surface is covered with insulating coat at point where contact touches heat-sensing element. Switch has base that mounts movable and foxed contacts as well as adjusting screw. Heat-sensing element is mounted between movable contact and cover. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture and servicing, enhanced sensitivity and accuracy of readings, enlarged functional capabilities. 2 cl, 1 dwg
