FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in determination of intruded microparticles of metals into bone surface and in its microstructure included cases without external signs of bone destruction at point of blow with blunt hard item. Microchemical reactions are carries out on bone, in point of blow and procedure of reactions is observed stereomicroscopically. Intruded microparticles of metals are detected by coloring, for instance, blue color in case of presence of iron microparticles on bone surface and in depth of bone vascular canals (Haversians and Volkmans). EFFECT: higher accuracy as compared with known methods in carrying out of diagnostic and identification studies. 1 tbl
