SUBSTANCE: number of common lipids and malonic dialdehyde as well as chemiluminescence of products of overoxidation of lipids in blood plasma of patient are established by total light sum for 60 s. On basis of obtained indices diagnostic coefficient k is calculated by formula: k = MDA×XL-OL×1000, where MDA is content of malonic dialdehyde in micromoles/l; XL is chemilumenscense of products of chemiluminescence of plasma lipids for 60 s in kilophotons; OL is total amount of lipids in g/l.
